By downloading, installing, or using Meme Workshop ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Meme Workshop is an AI-powered meme and sticker generator that allows you to create images from text descriptions. The App uses third-party AI services to generate images based on your prompts.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene.
• Generate content that depicts violence, gore, or cruelty.
• Generate content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or harassment.
• Generate content that exploits or endangers minors in any way.
• Generate content that promotes terrorism, illegal activities, or self-harm.
• Generate content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Generate content that impersonates real individuals without their consent.
• Attempt to circumvent the App's content moderation systems.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

4. AI-Generated Content

• Images generated by the App are created by AI models and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or predictable.
• You are solely responsible for how you use, share, or distribute any content generated by the App.
• We do not claim ownership of the content you create using the App.
• We make no warranties regarding the suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Pro Subscription:

• Meme Workshop offers an optional auto-renewable monthly subscription ("Pro").
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Credit Packs:

• Credit packs are one-time, non-consumable purchases that grant additional image generation credits.
• Purchased credits do not expire.

Refunds:

• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests should be directed to Apple per their refund policy.

6. Free Tier

The App offers a limited number of free image generations per day. Free-tier images may include a watermark. Daily free limits reset automatically.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Meme Workshop. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• AI-generated images will meet your expectations.
• Third-party AI services will always be available.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meme Workshop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages resulting from AI-generated content.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App or its services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
